Green Bean Feta Salad

green beans (ends trimmed)1 lb

red onion (chopped)2 tbsp

red wine vinegar2 tbsp

1Boil a large pot of salted water. Add green beans (ends trimmed) and cook until tender crisp, 1 to 2 minutes. Use a spider to remove the green beans to a bowl of ice water. Drain the green beans well, pat dry and place in a large bowl.green beans (ends trimmed): 1 lb
